I know this post is sorta pointless, but I needed to write something, so HI!
Here comes randomness that will probably receive a bunch of tsks and rolling of eyes...but who cares? Not I.
I feel so uninspired.
I NEED striped tights (wicked witch from the Wizard of Oz style)!!!
Target is calling me to come and buy some of its awesomely inexpensive, yet fun socks (thigh highs!!!!! eeeek!)
I need to find time (and bleach) to make some DIY bleached jeans and T-shirt.
Where is the nearest fabric store? 30 miles away? Wonderful!

The weather outside is absolutely beautiful. I cannot get over it!
The small raindrops glistening on the bright forest green of the leaves, the thick fog settles, giving the street an ethereal effect with the soft glow of the lampposts, muffled behind the mist. Oh, how I love it. It is like the most dreamlike weather I have experienced for a long time. I think the last time it was like this was in April. It is just way too pretty.
*sigh*
I am such a hopeless romantic.

On the bright side, I got to write an article about Fall Fashion/Fashion Week for the school newspaper ("The Banner") and I am actually really proud of it. I will post it as soon as I send it to myself from my school account.

Can't wait to tie bells on my feet, and stomp the ground like there is no tomorrow
A tiring week has almost ended at last. Here is a brief/lengthy overview.
School:
Did horribly on all of my tests, I don't want to talk about it too much.
Yesterday I wore tan pedal pushers with Chinese Laundry tights underneath, and most of my lovely(not) schoolmates gave me the weirdest looks. For example, this girl in my English class saw me walking down the hallway with my friend, and she looked down, and wrinkled her nose at the sight of my outfit. I, ticked off by her stupid "I only wear what all the cool kids are wearing" attitude gave her the nastiest look back. HA! IN YOUR FACE!!! But my other friend saw me and said that I looked good with my tights underneath the pants, and said that she was considering to try it but thought that it would look ridiculous. Now that I wore it, she said that she would too. Yay! I started a trend. *Pat on back*
Now I have to go and get ready for dance class. Bring on the paining knees and feet, bring on the most difficult routines, bring on the stamina-increasing rigorous activity! I AM READY!!!
By the way I am cold. Brrrrrr...

I just went to Thumbelina's blog and it is just so...I don't know how to describe it. The playlist in the background, well it is only one composition, but it is just so breathtaking. lemonsquirt is a vulgar word?
I decided to change the title of my blog. Apparently "lemonsquirt" is a really ugly slang term, I won't mention it here, but look it up on Google if you want to. So I changed it!

My first almost perfect homemade skirt!
I made it! And this may sound cheap, but I didn't have any extra fabric lying around, so I made the puff (sort of) skirt out of a sateen-ish navy sink skirt. Yea, yea, go ahead, laugh, snort, cringe in disgust, but I like it.
But I made one mistake. When I slid the elastic through the waistband, I forgot to secure the bunches, so they keep moving around. But other than that, I love it! It is not perfect, but it is pretty good for my first try. Pictures are coming soon!
By the way, I painted my nails neon orange. It looks...er...interesting with my dusky skintone. Pictures of that are coming soon too.
Oh yeah, and outfit posts too...just not me in them!

I am so tired. The whole week has been crazy and I am positive that I failed my algebra test. Urgh!
I am so tired, but I cannot get to sleep. So I am going to do a blog post. Well, since I am so out of ideas for the day, I will just talk about what I am going to do this weekend.
1. Go shopping
I need to buy clothes to get ready for the fall/winter, and I just want to go to the mall once and get most of my shopping over with. Stuff on my MUST BUY list include:

I am so tired, but I cannot get to sleep. So I am going to do a blog post. Well, since I am so out of ideas for the day, I will just talk about what I am going to do this weekend.

I need to buy clothes to get ready for the fall/winter, and I just want to go to the mall once and get most of my shopping over with. Stuff on my MUST BUY list include:
- Fall Jacket
- Winter Coat (preferably a plaid one)
- Tights-- in every color possible...the ones I want the most are these (in grape), these (in deep teal), these (in American), and maybe a few inexpensive ones from Forever 21 or Charlotte Russe
- Cardigans or Sweaters
- Fabric (I am going to make so many things! Puff skirts, circle skirts, pleated skirts, dresses...etc.)
- Oxford Heels (my current obsession are over these babies, but I cannot afford them, so I guess I have to settle for these or these)
- Blazer (I do not know if I will be able to pull it off, but I definitely want one)
- Wellies (!!!)
- Charlotte Russe has the cutest mini fingerless gloves. They are a milky color, and they have a baby bow on the part on the front! I wish I could show you, but I couldn't find them at the website :(

Everything is so calm and quiet, with the soft pitter patter of the raindrops splashing against the asphalt, forming pretty puddles. I want to just go and jump in them! That reminds me, I am on the lookout for wellingtons...
Random thought!
I would love to pair the wellingtons with a pair of tights, some Bermudas, and a blazer...that would be interesting.
The reason why I am writing is, okay, so I didn't have a reason at first but now I just thought of one. I wanted to do outfit posts, but I don't feel to comfortable putting up pictures of myself on the internet, so I decided I would make a collage every week or so, with pictures of the clothes I wore, without me in them. I could try it out.
And please, when I do, try not to laugh, scoff, or just roll your eyes thinking that I am just another regular teen dressing in the regular way, no originality. Bear in mind that I am new to fashion and the blogging scene. I don't know much yet, and I am still in the process of learning about what I can pull off and what I cannot.
That aside, I will get back to you in a few with some pictures of this absolutely beautiful day!

I made a new blog and it will be dedicated to writing and writing only (poetry and short stories, and maybe an actual book???).
It doesn't have anything posted on it yet, but I am going to post this one poem that I think I might submit to Teen Ink.
Please give me feedback on my poem---which will be put up no later that the coming Saturday---I really need it. Plus, I really want to be published in their magazine!
