A new year equals a fresh start, like splashing cold water onto your face, well, not really, but whatever...I feel fresh when I splash cold water on my face :P
Anyways, I am trying not to think about the term paper I need to write for history...I am sorry Mr. C, but seriously, just because you have this great interest in the US Constitution, doesn't mean you have to express it by making us write a thesis on it!

Well, to distract myself, let me list stuff.
In 2008, I:
- started this blog ~_~
- went from being abercrombie-wearer wannabe, to an original, nerdy self : P
- learned that some people just do not deserve concern, care, affection, or any other sign of kindness...but also learned that does not matter, everyone should be loved :) whether they deserve it or not
- took the PSATs
- had 5 nose bleeds...sorry for the gory details, but it is a phenomenon! I never used to have nose bleeds!
- discovered some of the greatest music
- attended the most inspiration dance graduation ever!
- attempted being a fake, stereotypical emo, but it didn't exactly work, because I didn't have any black clothing, like none whatsoever, and couldn't stay upset for longer than five minutes... tee hee
- made new friends :)
- discovered the true meaning of love: there is none.
- and so much more!
- pay better attention to school and academics
- be more athletic :)
- practice singing and dance more
- establish a system that limits how much I buy each month (aka, watch my spending)
- learn to balance social life, bloglife, and school! that has been a problem this year, and I think it is safe to say that it will not next year ---- eek! only 5 hours and 54 minutes left!
- be a better friend, sister, daughter... and try to make other relationships stronger than it is right now
- develop my own sense of style ^_^
- eat healthier, exercise more, and stop being a bum
- read classic literature, and spend more time at the library, barnes & noble
- study...for the SATs >_<
- be more optimistic
- be more eco-friendly
- learn how to talk to mermaids and faeries, and learn how to do magic o_0
Well, I guess it is time to watch the sun set on 2008
and watch the sun rise on 2009
exactly! i'd really like to try ballroom dance [i think i'd be really good at it] but dance floor dance? nuh uhhhhh

What style of dance do you do? - I've never actually asked. I did ballet for 11 years, so am pretty familiar with the intense dance world!
